What's your main instrument?

My main instruments are voice and music production because I love to create music as a singer-songwriter.

What's your musical origin story? What lit the spark for you?

I started out as a child singing random songs I made up and shortly after I received a karaoke game on my Gamecube that made my interest in singing rise. When I was 11, my father taught me the intro to Stairway to Heaven on his guitar, which he let me keep afterward. I began writing songs with my guitar from then on. Into my adulthood, I found my passion for music production which furthered my songwriting skills.

Can you share a good gig story?

I played my first gig when I was 14 at a restaurant/bar in Parkville, MO. I remember seeing a woman cry during one of my songs and she came up to me after and told me she was moved by my music.

Tell us about your practice routine and share some practice tips.

I do daily vocal warm-ups using my piano. If you do not know how to play the piano, I recommend finding YouTube warm-up videos to follow along with.

What drew you to the Music House team?
