Jessie Glennon

Jessie Glennon developed a passion for music after picking up her first guitar at age 14. Since then, she has made a name for herself in the Kansas City music scene by performing at a variety of venues and participating in the Kansas City Blues Society’s International Blues Challenge. She currently plays in the bands Jessie Glennon and The Outliers, Coyote Bill and the Brood, and the Troubadour Retrievers. Jessie has also hosted open mic/jam nights around town and coordinated several youth jams. She attended KCKCC and graduated with an associates degree in Music Technology and worked as the Audio Engineer for the Blue Valley Southwest performing arts department for 5 years, helping teach students how to properly operate sound equipment and acted as a music tech for soloists. She has been teaching private lessons for drums, bass, in an effort to encourage and motivate students of all ages to pursue all forms of music.
