Lilah Cottrell is a multi-instrumentalist and recording engineer from Kansas City. Lilah got her start in education at Kansas City Young Audiences, first as a student, then going on to lead their "garage band" classes. Soon after, she began working on her Recording Arts Certificate from JCCC, completing the program in 2019. During that time, she began teaching ukulele and guitar to large classes at the City of Fountains School, where she developed her own curriculum for beginner students. She has performed at several esteemed KC area venues, including RecordBar and the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. Lilah takes great joy in sharing her love of music with her students, and is thrilled to be a part of the Music House team!
